Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoomStudio app ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Codexia. By downloading or using RoomStudio, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RoomStudio uses generative AI to create redesigned versions of photos you provide, across a range of interior, exterior, and garden styles. The designs it produces are creative visualizations for inspiration only. They are not architectural, structural, engineering, or construction plans, and should not be relied on for building, renovation, or purchasing decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before undertaking any real-world work.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use and submit each photo, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights. You retain ownership of your original photos. You grant us the limited right to process your photos solely to provide the design-generation service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RoomStudio only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, circumvent usage limits, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.

4. Free Use & Subscriptions

• RoomStudio lets you generate one design for free so you can try the app. Continued use requires a RoomStudio Pro subscription.
• Subscription options and prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Fair Use of Design Generation

A RoomStudio Pro subscription provides generous access to design generation for normal personal use. To keep the service reliable and sustainable for everyone, we apply reasonable fair-use limits and may throttle or restrict automated, excessive, or abusive usage.

6. Intellectual Property

RoomStudio and all related content, design, and software are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoomStudio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because designs are generated by AI, we do not warrant that results will be accurate, feasible, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from reliance on any design it generates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
